Tasks

Todoist

I trow ideas and todo here from a simple keyboard shortcut ⌃⌥ W The natural language processing is gold, you can type “Update blog post #blog tom” to create a todo for tomorrow (tom) in the “Blog” project. No need to leave your keyboard. I have several lists from ideas to add to my project board to movies and books to read.

Time management

  • Toggl - time tracker
  • Cron - The best calendar app I’ve found. Keyboard shortcuts, command palette and appointment shceduling.

Mails

Spark

It seems I’m one of the few people who enjoy the latest version of Spark. I use it for both personal and professional emails. The “focus” feature is incredibly helpful; it sorts important emails and sends notifications at specific times for the rest. I also appreciate the smart inbox, gatekeeper, and snooze features. Navigation is smooth with plenty of keyboard shortcuts.

Browser

  • Arc - Currently my main browser
  • Brave - Privacy focused browser
